The Elliott Family: Our Disney World Vacation!

Hey Everyone!! I have been wanting to post about our trip to Disney World the last couple of weeks, but just haven't had a moment to do it. My biology class I am taking has consumed my nights, so I don't have much time for the internet, much less blogging.
Anyway, Josh and I had a great time in DW with his family. It was a very relaxing trip and was soooooo much fun!! It went by way too fast!
We arrive in DW on Thursday afternoon and made a quick stop at our resort. After unloading all of our luggage, we headed to Downtown Disney for a little shopping and supper.

Friday, we got up BRIGHT and EARLY and headed to the Magic Kingdom!! It was cold that particular day, we didn't take off our jacket much at all. One of the funnest rides we came upon was Alice's Spinning Tea Cups. Josh and Tyler captured the WHOLE audience's attention, because they had our tea cup going so fast. We couldn't even tell when it stopped, because our heads were still spinning. Not to mention, we couldn't even walk straight to the exit door.

The next day we went to Hollywood Studios and rode some AWESOME rides!! I will post a few pictures of our faces on the rides!! Just a few to name that were soooooo fun were Aerosmith and The Haunted Mansion. Josh said he wasn't riding the Haunted Mansion, he finally gave in if we would ride in the back of the ride. We rode it once and then Fastpassed right back on. But this time we got in the very front, so we could hang off the edge of the tower!!!

On Sunday we went to Animal Kingdom. Josh and Tyler weren't too sure about going here. All they had heard was bad stuff about it, but they were very glad they went afterwards. They said it was probably the best park by far!! They had one crazy roller coaster called Mt. Everest!!! I think we rode it like 3-4 times. And, we coudn't leave the park without getting pictures with the characters. Josh and I literally ran all the way across the park just to get pictures with Minnie, Mickey, Goofy, and Daffy. The other characters weren't there.

Our first reaction to the Dinosaur ride!! I had a hold on Mr. Perry and was almost in the floor if it hadn't have been for the seatbelt holding me in!

We rode it again and decided this time to make different faces!! But the cheerleaders in the front, it was their first time!! The boys were hilarious!!

Now I have a funny story about this one! I was so excited about getting pictures with characters. As soon as I saw Pocahontas, I said "YAY, Let's go get a picture with Pinnochio!"

The last day at Disney World was filled with fun at Epcot!! We got to see some interesting things and eat some foreign food!!

The last picture from our Disney World Vacation! Next time we go, we will probably have kids. So Josh will have to watch all the parades, wait in the lines for 2 hours for pictures with all the characters, and ride Dumbo the Elephant!
