Happy Birthday JESUS!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!! Josh and I enjoyed the time with our family and friends. We enjoyed eating sweet potato casserole, brown sugared ham, dressing, dumplings, broccoli casserole, and soooo much more. We definitely enjoyed opening all of our presents, but most of all we enjoyed celebrating the Birth of Jesus Christ. I was telling Josh on the way home that Christmas has just flown by and now we are starting another year. He told me that Christmas shouldn't be and wasn't over, and that we should carry the gift of Christmas with us everywhere we go!! This is so true and I wish that every person could get excited everyday about Jesus as much as they get excited about Christmas. I will have to admit that opening presents is sooo exciting and fun, but why don't we give people who don't know Jesus, the real gift of Christmas! It is the best gift anyone could give or receive. So even though Christmas is over (based on our calendar), let Jesus shine through you and keep giving the greatest gift of all, JESUS!! Have a blessed holiday!!!

My Dad and me
My brother and me!Hello Everyone!! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It has been quite busy around our house. I was over the Elba Christmas Pageant this year and it consumed almost 2 months of my life. It came and went and was a great success. I am now on the road to taking the GRE for PT School and trying to get my application finished and turned in. Boy, will I be ready when that is all finished!!! Josh celebrated his 24th birthday last friday. We helped him celebrate with peanut butter pie, peanut butter cake, and his Grandma's wonderful chocolate cake. He had a great birthday and got to share his family party with his brother who finally got to come home from Fort Stewart wednesday.
After begging Josh for a week or two now, he finally decided he would give in and get all of my christmas decorations out!!! YAY for Christmas time!!! They are up and I am still debating on where to put a few things!! I had a different house to decorate this year, so I had to rearrange a little.
Well I hope everyone has a wonderful week and happy shopping for those who haven't already bought all their gifts. I am definitely not the shopper who gets up bright and early in the morning. I need my sleep too much. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to shop, but it can wait until atleast 8 o'clock.
Hope you enjoy the pictures from our fabulous Thanksgiving!!!
Sorry Mrs. Brenda, I didn't have any pictures of my other family on my camera. :D

My New Blog
My boss decided that it would be a good idea for me to start a new blog of all the fun and exciting things I do at work. This is definitely my favorite time of the year because it is our slow season and I get to play and create lots of new designs. I absolutely love using my creative side and creating new invitations, programs, birth annoucements, enclosure cards, etc. Please check out my new blog at http://www.invitationstation.blogspot.com/.

One year ago today...
Josh and I were saying "I DO."
We cannot believe how fast time has flown by and the fact that we have already been married a year. It has been a wonderful first year and I wouldn't trade him for anything in this world. I can't even begin to imagine my life without him. I can only think back to almost 7 years ago, when God had everything so perfectly planned out. Josh walked into Ino Baptist to play for the True Love Waits Rally, and just something about his beautiful blue eyes (and of course the way he strummed his guitar) made me know that he was the cutest thing ever and I wanted him to be my boyfriend. :) After talking with him and going on our first date only 2 weeks later, you would have rarely found us apart. Now 7 years later, we have been happily married a year. He is truely a blessing to me and I can't thank God enough for sending me such a wonderful husband and amazing friend.

Sweet Blessings
As most of you know, Josh and I have the wonderful privledge this year of teaching the Puggles in Awanas. They are the 2 and 3 year olds and they are such a blessing to teach. I just wanted to post a few pictures of our first, good, organized night. We finally got a room that we could stay in ALL night, so we don't have to pick up everything and move from room to room. It was GREAT!!

Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville
Petting the Stingray!! They were very slimy!
I loved the penguins!
I love this picture of the sea lion!
The beautiful flamingos!
Josh was even a little scared when trying to take a picture with the bird!
I thought this bird was really pretty!
I was just a little scared about getting too close to the bird!!Josh and I packed our bags and headed to PCB last Thursday. My wonderful great aunt and uncle let us have their beach house for the weekend and we had an absolute blast with some of our good friends from Auburn. Our friends, Misty and Mark, didn't get to the beach until Friday afternoon, so Josh and I had a nice night by ourself on Thursday. We decided to be kids for a day and go to Gulf World on Friday. It was so much fun and just a nice time to spend some quality time together. Mark and Misty arrived Friday afternoon just in time for a couple of hours on the beach! Considering the double red flags, we took the risk and enjoyed riding the waves and throwing frisbee. After enjoying a very good meal at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, we shopped at Pier Park!! Due to the rain on Saturday, we didn't think we were going to be able to go to the beach, but it cleared up right after breakfast and we were able to net fish, feed the seagulls, and even argue over whether we saw a shark or a dolphin. Which we think ended up being both, VERY CLOSE TO WHERE WE WERE!! We didn't think we were getting any sun, because it was very cloudy, but of course you know what they say, "You get the most sun, when it is cloudy." We believe this to be very true. Saturday night was great as well, we enjoyed some Jamaican music at Reggae J's Island Grill. We ate our appetizers on the very top of the restaraunt. It was amazing!! So overall we had a great weekend. Josh and I almost decided to stay another night and just call in, but we thought we better not!! AND LET ME NOT FORGET THE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING THOMAS DOUGHNUTS!! Chocolate glazed, I think I ate 10 of them this past weekend. :) But they were FANTASTIC!!!
Sorry for all the pics, but my slideshow wouldn't work!!
I still have plenty more, but don't want to bore you! ENJOY!
