Growing, Growing, Growing...

Ella turned 2 months old on Monday! It's amazing how much she has grown since her BIRTHday!! We took her to the doctor for her 2 month checkup on Monday and she weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 3/4 inches long. The doctor said she was PERFECT and we would absolutely agree!

• She is holding her head up great, allowing us to finally get out her bumbo seat the other day! She sat in it like a big girl while I cleaned the kitchen. And now, she has finally joined us at the dinner table. We sit her in the bumbo on top of the table and she just looks around at everything!!


• She is still in newborn clothes, but I have found a few that are getting a little short on her! I think we might be moving out of NB and into 3 months very very soon.


• Have I mentioned that she LOVES to SMILE! We can already see that she is going to have a great personality. She also likes to pout when she doesn't get her way. I wonder who she gets that from?
• Her eyes are getting bluer by the day (like her daddy's) and I think her hair is getting darker by the day (like her mommy's)!
She has started sleeping about 5 hours when we put her down at night, getting up only once to nurse during the night! Mommy and daddy love that!


• Last but not least, her shots were NOT fun! Poor thing had a rough couple of hours after her shots. Praise the Lord for Tylenol (when it finally decided to kick in). She slept like a champ and was back to being our precious angel the next morning!

Also, we are moving to Monroeville. Josh got the District Conservationist job for Monroe County and we are headed that way at the end of this month! Congrats babe! I'm proud of you!
