Ella is now OFFICIALLY sitting up by herself. She has been sitting up for a while, but we would stay right beside her because it wouldn't take her but a minute and she would topple over. Now she is totally on her on and is ready for the next step..... CRAWLING!
Talking of crawling, she has just recently started scooting on her tummy. She uses her feet and her hands to push herself backwards or forwards to get to something. It is actually quite funny!
Ella also loves to play a little game. She thinks that if she throws her toys on the ground, her mommy will pick them up for her... which I so lovingly do. :)
She has recently found her voice and has been trying out her many different tones. She has a new sound everyday. Talking about her voice, she talks ALL day long. When she really starts talking, we will never be able to quiet her down.
And those pretty hair bows.... well.... she has found them too.....and her daddy loves it too. She pulls it off, but thankfully I can put it right back on, and it stays on for a while.
What can I say, she is a happy and healthy baby girl who smiles all the time, unless she is tired or hungry or in some cases in her car seat for a long period of time!
Ella loves to bite on anything and everything. And she LOVES to pull hair... I mean she has a death grip on it, and it HURTS!!
A few more facts about my growing, happy 6 month old...- She loves to be outside.
- She thinks that what you are drinking, she should have some too.
- She loves her new toys: swimming pool, exercauser, Jump-a-roo
- She loves bath time and running her hands under the running water.- She sleeps in her crib for naps!! YAY!!!!
-She weighed 13 pounds, 14 ounces and was 26 inches long at her 6 month checup.I now know how it is to not get a good picture of your child smiling or just looking at the camera! These were just a few of the good ones I was able to capture out of about 50 pictures!!

Hey. I hopped to your blog from Deannes. I love to follow along with Ella. Her and My Kaidi were born on the same day and it's fun to read your monthly updates about her and see how much her and Kaidi are doing the same things. She is absolutely beautiful. I love the picture of her in her crib with her hands on her feet. She looks so sweet. Just wanted to share with you.
